Since Belgrave Cartel’s opening in 2010 this cafe come wine bar has become Manly’s favourite hangout.

Inspired by the neighbourhood cafes and bars of Paris, Cartel is an intimate low lit space with a unique European style.

Cartel’s feisty pesto laced breakfast and rich signature coffee blend are a staple for visitors.

An ever-changing lunch and dinner menu is on offer comprising of perfect pastas, beautiful tapas plates, and to die for desserts.

The bar is open until late and offers cold beers, a hand picked wine list, and a signature cocktail menu.
